Granite Hills Rent Ready Unit Turnover Project

We worked with local San Diego property managers to freshen up one of their rental units. We focused on aesthetically pleasing improvements that create a clean, welcoming environment.

The property, located in the Granite Hills neighborhood of San Diego, had been occupied by the same tenants for many years and the previous tenants were smokers. While still functional, the rental was outdated and needed some rental repair and maintenance to prepare it for new renters.

We helped choose durable, quality materials that could withstand rental use while keeping improvement costs reasonable. The small upgrades made a dramatic difference, as seen in these before and after photos.
